1. Account Management
You can delete your account at any time through the "Account" section of the mobile app.
Simply scroll to the bottom and tap the Delete Account option in red.
Please note that once deleted, all your data including bookings, payment history, and forum posts
will be immediately and permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
All your personal information, booking history, payment records, and forum posts are immediately
deleted from our system. We do not retain any data for 30 days or keep payment history after deletion.
Your forum comments will remain visible as posted by "Anonymous User" to maintain conversation context
for other users. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.
If you delete your account while you have an active booking or pending payment, the booking will be
automatically cancelled. However, no refund will be issued. We recommend cancelling bookings according
to our cancellation policy before deleting your account.
2. Booking & Sessions
All your bookings are available in the "My Bookings" section accessible from your Accounts page.
You'll see two tabs: "Upcoming" for future sessions and "Past" for completed sessions. Each booking
card displays the Google Meet link, therapist details, date, time, and session status.
Your Google Meet link is available in the booking details within "My Bookings". You'll also receive
a calendar invite that you can add to Google Calendar. Simply click the Meet link at your scheduled
time to join the session.
Yes! When you book a session, you'll receive a calendar invite via email. You can easily add this
to Google Calendar or any calendar app that supports .ics files. The invite includes the session date,
time, Google Meet link, and therapist details.
3. Payments & Transactions
All your payment transactions are available in the "My Transaction" section under your Accounts page.
This includes payments for individual bookings, subscription packages, refunds, and any other financial
activity on your account.
We currently accept payments through Razorpay, which supports credit cards, debit cards, UPI,
net banking, and various digital wallets popular in India.
4. Subscription Packages
Subscription packages allow you to pre-purchase multiple therapy sessions with a specific therapist
at a discounted rate. These packages are tied to a specific therapist and product offering, and sessions
can be booked as needed within the package validity period.
Your active subscription packages are visible on the Home page under "My Subscriptions". From there, you
can view remaining sessions, expiry dates, and book new consultations directly from the package.
Subscription packages are non-refundable. However, if you cancel a booked session from your subscription
package (24+ hours before the appointment), the session count will be credited back to your package and
can be used for future bookings within the validity period.
Once a subscription package expires, any unused sessions cannot be booked or refunded. We recommend
using all sessions before the expiry date shown in your subscription details.
No, subscription packages are specific to the therapist and product you purchased. If you wish to change
therapists mid-subscription, you would need to purchase a new subscription. However, if the therapist
terminates your services, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused sessions in your package.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Note: Platform fees and applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) are non-refundable. When a refund is issued, only the base consultation fee will be refunded, and platform fees and GST will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds for individual bookings are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original
payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Anonymous Consultations
Anonymous consultations allow you to maintain your privacy during therapy sessions. Your therapist will
NOT know your email address, phone number, or real name. However, basic information like age, gender,
and your user handle will be shared for therapy purposes only.
During the booking process, you'll see an option to "Book Anonymously". Simply toggle this option ON
before confirming your booking. The therapist will see your user handle instead of your real name.
No, anonymous consultations are priced the same as regular consultations. There is no additional fee
for maintaining your privacy.
7. Community Engagement
Posts and comments from mental health professionals (therapists, counselors, psychiatrists) will display a
blue verified badge ✓ next to their name. This badge indicates that
the professional has been verified by our team and holds valid credentials.
Posts and comments from verified professionals can be treated as reliable and coming from qualified experts. Regular user posts are shared experiences and should not be considered professional medical advice.
