1. Earnings & Payments
Your earnings are displayed in the "My Business" section accessible from your Accounts page. You'll see
a summary dashboard showing total earnings, pending payouts, and recent transactions for different time
periods (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).
Earnings are credited to your registered bank account every week (typically on Mondays). You'll receive
a notification once the payout has been processed. This ensures regular cash flow while maintaining
proper accounting.
For subscription packages, you receive earnings on a pro-rata basis after each completed session.
If a user's subscription expires with unused sessions, the remaining amount for those unused sessions
will be credited to you at the end of the subscription validity period.
All credit transactions and payout history are visible in the "My Transaction" section under your
Accounts page. This includes session earnings, subscription payouts, and any adjustments or refunds.
Each transaction shows the date, amount, session details, and payout status.

The verification process includes several steps:

Step 3: Our team reviews your credentials (typically 2-5 business days)
Step 4: Once approved, you can set up your services and start accepting bookings

To join InnerLift as a mental health professional, you need relevant qualifications (e.g., M.Phil, PhD,
MA in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling), valid license or certification, government-issued ID,
and proof of degree and experience. You'll upload these documents during onboarding and our team will review
them before approving your profile.

3. Service Offerings & Packages
No. Subscription packages require an associated individual session offering to be visible. Users often book a single session before committing to a package.
In your Services section, select a therapy category, define number of sessions, set discounted package price, and set validity period (e.g., 30/60/90 days).
4. Availability Management
Go to "My Availability", choose the Online channel, add your working hours for each day, set time slots, and save.
Add your clinic/office address under "My Addresses", then configure offline availability with that address in "My Availability".
Yes, you can maintain separate schedules for online and offline sessions. Users choose the format that suits them.
5. Calendar & Booking Management
Yes. When a user books a session, the slot is blocked. You also receive a Google Calendar invite with session details.
Check the "My Bookings" section for upcoming, past, and cancelled sessions. Each entry includes user handle, session type, Meet link, and status.
6. Anonymous Consultations
You will see only the user's handle, age, and gender (if shared). Email and phone numbers are hidden. Payment and payouts remain the same.
No. Anonymous sessions pay the same as regular sessions. Only user-identifying details are withheld.
7. Session Notes & Records
InnerLift does not record sessions. You're responsible for maintaining your professional notes securely according to your licensing guidelines.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
If you cancel an individual session, the user receives a full refund. For subscription sessions, the session is credited back to the user.
Subscriptions are tied to you. If a user switches, their current package remains but cannot be transferred. If you terminate services, they receive pro-rata refunds.
